today you are running a 5-k in early morning you were up fairly late watching Dr. Who but you made sure to get up, get Michael, and get to the race with maybe four hours of sleep. You are making memories with him and maybe running this race will help you in your wellness goals! today you got the boys haircuts that's something I dont notice or track and I realize, in retrospect, its just in time for Thanksgiving.
